SHIPPING
Once placed, it typically takes 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. This includes our processing time and the estimated delivery time of USPS Priority Mail.
Unfortunately, USPS does not guarantee their delivery times. We recommend ordering ahead, especially around holidays. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, undeliverable, or damaged packages.
All sales are final, we currently don't offer returns or refunds.

Orders $100 and up ship FREE. Orders $99 and under ship for $10.
All orders ship USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day), include tracking, and $50 insurance.
Not at this time. We are currently only shipping to addresses within the United States.
Every order is hand-packed and shipped, we need 1-2 business days to carefully get your order ready to be sent to its new home – your closet! Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will not be processed until the following business day.
We reserve the right to change processing time. Any changes will be posted to the shop announcement in the header of our site, as well as the shipping policy page, and cart checkout.
Once your order has been dropped off at the post office and scanned into the system, it typically takes USPS Priority Mail 1-3 business days to deliver your order, depending on where the package is shipping.
Please note - Priority Mail is not a guaranteed service and delivery times are estimates only. Experts are saying to expect delays with shipments around the holidays. We recommend allowing additional delivery time, especially when sending gifts.
Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
Once we drop off a package at the post, and it’s left our hands, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, undeliverable, or damaged packages. Please make sure to double-check your address prior to checking out and choose a delivery location that is secure.
In the event your order was damaged or lost while in transit, you will need to file a claim through USPS. If you have questions or need assistance, we're here to help! Please email email us within 48 hours of your order being delivered.
RETURNS
All sales are final, we currently don't offer returns or refunds.
Please email us any questions prior to placing an order. We are happy to answer any questions, provide additional photos, measurements, or details.
We take the additional time to accurately describe and measure each piece and list any flaws noted (even the small ones!) Our vintage pieces are typically 50-60+ years old and minor wear, small flaws, or minor imperfections can be expected.
Be sure to review all photos and read the entire item description. You are responsible for measuring yourself and reviewing the measurements listed prior to purchase. Color accuracy can vary slightly depending on your device (monitor, screen, phone etc.)
All sales are final, we currently don't offer exchanges.
Your happiness is very important to us, and we want you to be happy with your Lustrewear purchase! If you feel you received something that was grossly misrepresented, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
We will do our best to determine a resolution that works for all parties. Agreed upon returns will be given store credit valid for one year. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
